Screen-printing is one of the more versatile printing formats using ink blocking stencils and mesh screens to create a design. Specialty effects can be used to fashion various outcomes, and colour can also be matched to any Pantone. There are also numerous techniques available that can add additional texture to your printed designs.
Some of the screen-printing techniques that we do include athletic-paint for dry-fit and lycra garments, discharge effects, glitter, foiling, gel, high-density, metallic, plastisol, water-based, and so forth.
Traditional embroidery will always be one of the more popular solutions when decorating because of its versatility. Our digitizing department hosts a team of efficient experts, providing our customers with turnaround times as fast as overnight.
Our in-house production workers have years of experience creating unique embroidered finishing, such as reflective embroidery, motif embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, gradient blends, photo embroidery, applique, and so forth. Encapsulating a brand in an embroidered logo boasts a professional and exclusive look.
Gradient blends are often hard to achieve, but it can be done in embroidery with the help of a skilled digitizer. Luckily, we have a few of those around!
Patches can be cut out using our laser cutter and finished using an embroidered or merrowed edge. A Velcro, adhesive, or iron-on backing can be applied, or it can be sewn directly onto a garment.
You can achieve complex and advanced embroidery with small text, gradients, or even photographs and detailed artwork.
Our heat transfer decorating is all done in-house. The department has its own graphic designers that can help you smoothly transition your artwork or logo onto transferable films.
There are many different types of film to choose from, such as printed films, single-colour matte films, neon, reflective, metallic, 3D, glow-in-the-dark, and much more!
Our laser machine serves multiple purposes in cut embellishments. It is most commonly used to cut out various materials to form an embroidered patch or appliqued logo, although we can also adjust the intensity in order to etch into certain materials.
Fine details can be captured with ease by using laser etching techniques on a specific type of fabric, such as suede or fleece. This results in a tonal effect that creates a subtle yet distinct look.
We are capable of creating a variety of custom labels to suit your needs. Be it a simple woven label, or something as complicated as a custom moulded silicon label, our manufacturing department is more than capable of it!
We also specialise in laser etched, embroidered, and heat-transferred patches.
Digital Printing (Direct to Garment Printing) is a process that utilizes inkjet technology to print complex images directly onto a garment. In comparison to screen printing, digital printing provides added flexibility in the number of colours that can be applied to a design. In addition, set-up times are faster for small orders. This works best on cotton-based materials.
